Could the Chinese be the badguys in Indy4?

With the current publicity around China and Tibet...would it be
possible that George and Steven will make the Chinese the big
badguys in Indy 4 (instead of the Russians)...?
I remember seeing some footage in which Harrison Ford talked
about the situation in Tibet, and since he had to approve the
script it could be possible...
