In Reply to: Infernal Machine to N64, anyone remember TLC for Nintendo? posted by Jonesy on April 20, 2000 at 12:53:56:
There were actually two LC games for the NES, (one by Taito and one by Ubi-Soft), but I believe they contained the same game. The same thing happened with TOD on the NES, with both Mindscape and Tengen producing a version. (Does anyone know for sure if the Ubi-Soft was different from Taito's version of LC?)
If nothing else, Nintendo's Last Crusade is significant for devoting a level to Indy's fight on the Coronado. My favorite part of the game was the 3 Trials at the end, although it only consisted of the Word of God path and leap from the Lion's Head. (And of course you had to pick the correct Grail.) I remember it being very difficult if you didn't pick a good order to finish the mini-games, but it had a nice graphic of Indy if you completed the game.
