wested sizing question

I want to purchase another Wested "RAIDERS" jacket. The jacket that I own now is a 44 long and hangs a bit too far below the belt. It gets in the way of my gunbelt because it overlaps. Is a regular size cut any shorter in overall length? How long are the sleeves on a regular sized Wested? Any help on this would be much appreciated.
