It doesn't sound like you're overly discriminating when it comes to the hat - know what I'd reccomend (and I'll take heat for this)? Call the Star Wars fan club (1-800-true-fan) and order their Indiana Jones hat replica. It's by no means a dead ringer, but it's licensed and people will know who you're trying to look like. There's 2 models (sorry, don't have the #'s with me) but the more expensive one is well under $100 and a decent hat. Hope this helps.
