Unlike Star Wars, the Indiana Jones trilogy doesnt use a lot of special effects, so that is out of the question. And as for adding cut scenes, Lucas has never commented on adding anything that was cut out back in to the films. We probably wouldn't see a great a public response as we did for the Star Wars SE either.

Actually, Raiders and Temple of Doom both won Oscars for special visual effects, and Raiders and the Last Crusade won oscars for sound effects editing. All in all, all three movies were filled with special effects... Of course, there probably won't be a special edition, though, seeing as the public wouldn't respond nearly as much to it as the star wars movies.
