Where can I get Ford's denim(?) workshirt from 6 Days, 7 Nights?

It's nearly impossible to find a denim shirt the right color (faded blue), with a straight color, and the right pockets. Does anyone know where I can find Ford's shirt from 6 days, 7 nights -- or a close approximation?
