Yes, I did receive the new hat-the new ribbon is indeed Petersham ribbon, and it is a dark brown-looks and is very nice, but I still think that at 1 1/4", it is too narrow. If in fact the ribbon they supposedly used on the film hats was 39mm that would be closer to 1 1/2" than to 1 1/4". Still looks very nice and I probably won't get too fussy with it at the moment. I don't think it's authentic to the movie though. Also, the bow is not reproduced faithfully to the ones in the movies. The bow I had made with my other Petersham ribbon looks more authentic, and much more close to the bows that they were putting in hat ribbons in the 30's.
Any other info than that, just ask!
