Temple of Doom CD Vol.2?

It seems that Raiders has had an expanded version of its soundtrack just recently released and now a second volume of music from Last Crusade has emerged from the woodwork.

But any word of a Temple of Doom volume 2 or expanded version? It's a shame that this has not been done yet for arguably the finest score in the series.

But then again, I suppose the day the Mayapore Village cookbook is released, so will this CD.
