It's not included in MP3 on the disc...it's actually in CD-audio format! :) That's right; all you need to do is pop that CD into your CD player and listen to those songs anytime you want!

P.S. I believe there are four pieces of music on that CD. Oh, and remember to skip the first track (where all the CD data is stored; it could mess up your CD player if you play it...)
