In fact I ordered via fax. Although it's probably not really safer, unless you have a secure line! Now that went well. Peter did reconfirm my order within less than a day - but only after I emailed him. 5 weeks later I emailed again to inquire about the status of my order. That time Peter answered after a week. He told me that the jacket had been sent. It should be arriving any day now...As has been said before by many: patience, my friend (of course I myself am climbing up the walls by now!)... Fall Guy
PS: At least shipping and customs should be less time-consuming within the EU than to the US! .
