There are indeed CDs available for both films, although ToD is now out of print in the US. It’s still available in Japan; the Japanese edition is the same as the US release, but (naturally) printed mostly in Japanese. The Japanese album is not a “knockoff,” but simply a foreign edition of the album - fully licensed, etc. The album _was_ released in the US, but has been out of print for many years.
