Indy Old Arcade Games

I'am looking for a manual for Indiana Jones&Fate of Atlantis Arcade Version - or better be the whole original version, if someone is in possesion - ar a copy of manual. In-game are symbols, that are depicting words, and every word is coded. By the way, what happened to those games? These are not sold anymore by everyone (looked at the e-auctions too)
For my collection of Indy games I'am only lacking originals of
Indy IV Arcade and Young Indy (Genesis)
So, for the codes - can someone help me (also with codewheel?)
