Yes, call or E-mail Judith M Millinery Supplies. That's where I got the Petersham ribbon for two of my hats. She mailed along a catalog and on page 2 there are hat blocks (polyurethane around $20 dollars and pine $95-125) and a hat stretcher ($125).
