I mean that from a whip standpoint, of course. Anyhow, I was so eager when I got my whip back in '93 that I ran out into the backyard with no shoes and promptly gave myself a cool scar on my right foot. I'll send a scan of my foot to anyone who's interested. I would suggest some sort of arm protection. Like you, my whip came in July, and while I would've probably sweated to death by wearing a jacket, my arm would've appreciated it. And if you have a dog, keep them inside. While my dog never got hit with the whip, there were some close misses, so I figured I ought to keep her safely indoors. I was mighty handy with a bullwhip in my day, but I'm retired now. I'm more of a lawn darts fan these days. Much more deadly, and quite a bit more accurate. My two cents.

: Okay, my David Morgan is coming in today. I plan to take it out in the backyard as soon as it gets here. I'm a first-timer with whips so I'd appreciate any suggestions so I don't cripple or kill myself!
