: Yup, I've always wondered what was that falling to the ground briefly before the whipping scene . I believe its Short Round's personal knife (though not exactly a boot knife). If you've looked at the illustrated story book's pics, Shorty totes around a little knife--you'll also remember that he pulls it out, on screen, though not very clearly, when the door closes in the spike chamber as well.

Thanks I thought I was going to have to add that knife to my list things to find. I will have to find a harder question next time.
