: : Anyway - onto the question - in "Phantom Train of Doom", when Paul Freeman's character (Frederick Selous) and Indy first meet, Indy tells him that they have met before when Indy was a young boy. Here's what I was wondering: is this just all convenient plot device or is Selous in another, earlier Young Indy episode?
: Indy meets Selous in British East Africa, September 1909 (the Safari episode).
: : Oh, and it's certainly surprising how Indy never commented to Belloq on the remarkable likeness between the two characters ;-)
Paul Freeman is the only actor (at least that I can think of) who has worked with all three of Indy's primary actors: Corey Carrier in "Passion for Life," Sean Patrick Flannery in "Phantom Train of Doom," and Harrison Ford in "Raiders of the Lost Ark."
