Your getting confused. These "movies" were not filmed as "chapters" - they are the TV episodes of teh Young Indiana Jones Chronicles edited together into movies (chapters) with newly filmed bridging footage and, in a few cases, entirely new segments. They are all complete (and have been for years), but they are not being released on video or shown on US Ain order.
