INDY DVDs DATE!!!(?)

Make of this what you will, but I just got back from the local
CD/DVD/Home Electronics megastore. I just randomly asked the DVD sales counter person (expecting a "duh, huh?" answer) If he knew when Raiders was going to be available on DVD. He said "Yup..." and walked over to a bulletin board posted across the room. He scanned his finger along the list and said "...Indiana Jones Trilogy, DVD, Dolby EX, Dec 8th 2000. Stunned, I asked where the list had come from. He replied with "It's compiled from various sources"
"I hope it's not bogus and based on a rumour"
"No these are reliable sources, distributers etc."
"I sure wish you could tell me more about where the info came from"
"Sorry "
