I'd dig Chow Yung Fat (star of the Replacement Killers, a bad movie whose only virtue was the lovely Mira Sorvino) as a Red China Army officer sent out to find whatever artifact Indy's looking for. He could jump-kick people and whatnot! Although, a man in his 40s (like Indy) might not be able to hold his own against a bad guy like him...:)
