There was also a scene in the Shaft trailer that wasn't in the film, with Sam Jackson arguing with Vanessa Williams about the safety of his witness.

Apparently, it's nothing new. I watched Raging Bull on DVD a few weeks ago, and noticed there are scenes in the trailer that I had never seen before.

I'd like to see all of the Indy trailers again and see extra footage exists in those.
