Yeah I found a bullwhip FAQ and read all the safety info on it.
I'll be careful. I got my first hint of possible trouble when I went to check out it's full length and uncoiled it in the living room.
I was standing holding the handle and letting the length out on the floor. I gave it the tiniest hop flick to get it's length to stretch out and heard a "Thwap" as it hit the wall. "Whoa! better not play with this thing even slightly indoors."
