I saw lots a bloopers in Indy films!

I didn't notice the one you said, but.....

I saw, glass between Indy and cobra
I saw, a bug crawling in the mouth of Bellosch (Arabien stile)
I saw, that indy whiped a sword of a cliff, and than later he had it in his hand again

And I saw a lot of this kind of bloopers. I thought that everybody noticed this...
