: No idea who made the tie-it is definitely a black wool tie though, so if the one you found matches that description, it is a safe bet. When my grandfather died last year, I got two of his OLD black wool ties made by a haberdashery in Massachusetts in about the 1930's or 40's. They are identical to the LC tie.
