Has anyone seen movie called "Citizens Band", it may have a different name in the states. It concerns the efforts of a CB radio fan who is plauged by immature children hogging the airwaves. Paul "John Milner" LeMat stars and turns vigilant when he can't persuede them to grow up. He uses a directional signal strength indicator to locate the house of the kiddy involved and smashes up his kit.

Maybe we could employ his methods to cure the problem?

Although these things seem to stop once the idiot involved has had sex a few times.
