Eileen from www.harrisonfordweb.com sent this in:
Just thought I would bring to your attention that today Harrison will achieve a milestone that no other actor in motion picture history has ever done (probably never will either).
When What Lies Beneath surpasses the $100 million dollar domestic gross today (08/10/00), Harrison Ford will be the only actor to have $100 million dollar films (domestic) in four decades. Harrison deserves a big congratulations across the board.
Here is the run-down by decade (numbers rounded and courtesy of www.boxofficereport.com)
The 1970's
Amercian Graffiti ($147 million) Star Wars ($461 million)
The 1980's
Empire Strikes Back ($290 million)
Raiders of The Lost Ark ($242 million)
Return of The Jedi ($309 million)
Temple of Doom ($180 million)
The Last Crusade ($197 million)
The 1990's
The Fugitive ($184 million)
Clear & Present Danger ($122 million)
Air Force One ($173 million)
