Not quite. CGI can be used to make sorta realistic dinosaurs or huge fiery asteroids, but they're not even close to being able to change an actor's physical appearance. maybe in 10 years or so, but at this point CGI morphing or age rendering of actors isn't even close to being achieve. However, makeup can work quite nicely ;).
