As usual, Michaelson is right. But I don't think "Temple of Doom" would have been made quite like it was as an original movie, either. I like it, though it obviously suffers from "sequelitis": the near fatal tendency to try to outdo the original, no matter how good IT was. If they had settled down and neglected to insert so many gross-out visuals, it would have been much better (though still pale by comparison to #1 qand #3).
Just my opinion.

: In my opinion, no, I don't believe it would have any of us sitting here discussing Indy at all. I believe the movie would have been released, then that would have probably been the end of the franchise, as it lacked the sparkle of the first movie. Just my personal opinion, though. Regards.
