Re-releasing the Indy trilogy

What's your opinion on whether or not the Indy films will be shown at theaters prior to the release of Indy 4? I remember that the Star Wars trilogy was shown before PM came out. Also, how much notice did the fans of Star Wars have concerning the re-release? Did they know hours, days, or months prior? Just curious. Regards, Fedora
