a crazy question

Hi all. This is a question about the influences on the Indiana Jones films. I know that the suit is from Charlton Heston's "The secret of Incas", but, how about a lost film. I think I saw it when I was a kind: Ronald Reagan met a little chinese boy in Hong Kong, who calls him 'Indy', and Reagan ware the hat and the wipp. Anyone of you knows about it or it was only a nightmare.
