The differences you cite generally have come from either the Wested site or from Wested jacket owners. Basd on what I've been able to put together, this is how the movie jackets actually were configured.

The Raiders and Last Crusade Jackets were the same length. The Temple of Doom jacket may have been slightly longer, but by no more then 1 inch. I appologize, but I have not had enough coffee to cite the sources right now...
