Okay, you shoelace guys got me started and now I have to report on my progress. I've been skipping the top two sets of hooks all week and I must say that, in this cruel southern United States summer heat, it does make it a little more comfortable. And I've found I can run a little faster while chasing 'gators (real ones--don't ask). Just wish I could find a way to coolly wear the Wested jacket, but I'll have to wait a few months.

    • I lace mine using the first and third pair of hooks from the bottom. Works just fine, and it's quicker. Lavardac 01:30:26 8/28/2000 (0)
