They have registered all the various possible names, and they all go to the current site. I'm sure that if Indy 4 comes about, there will be some sort of website for it, and indianajones.com will probably lead you there. As much as it seems like Lucasfilm is ignoring Indyfans, I have no doubt that they will support the film when it is closer to being made.
