Wested custom details....

Three items I'd like to know if anyone has ever specified on their Wested and your feedback on them. Also if there was any extra charge for them.
#1) Longer side straps to alleviate them falling out of the handwarmer slits.
#2) Under arm gussets, as are on the new "Fan" Flight Suit jacket.
#3) Ordering an "odd" number standard size (i.e. size 39, 41, 43, etc).
Also, has anyone ever tried to obtain a sample or scrap piece of each type of leather Wested uses. I might want to try that acetone distressing on a small piece just to see how it goes, but doubt I would ever be able to bring myself to try it on a whole jacket.
