Well, I remember watching Raiders and TOD in the same night, when I was about four or five years old. I didn't really understand it at the time, but when I was eleven, I saw TOD a second time, and I just said, "WOW!" I didn't see it from the very beginning. I started the movie (it was free on HBO) where Shorty escapes from the catacombs. I thought, "Hey, this looks pretty familiar." Then I saw Indy fighting every last Thuggee soldier in the catacombs. But what really got to me was everything he did with the whip. He can wrap it around a light fixture cable and swing across it, wrap it around a guy's hand, scare people off with it, and even swing from a perch about twenty feet below him with it. That was really what got me into it.
