O.K,Just saw a guy in a wested today,who's in Ireland?????

Ok,Im SURE I saw a guy wearing a wested today in a roadside restaurant on the main Dublin to Galway road.I was going to approach him but I needed to us the lavatory(yes I know I have my priorities all mixed up :) and I had planned on approaching him as soon as I came out,but he was gone!!! I was really annoyed.The way I figure is that it was either "Seamus",an old Irish forum member,or it was somebody on holidays,or it was somebody,perhaps unrelated to the forum,that perhaps has a wested jacket.
If anyone has heard anything then let me know,because this is bugging me.
