Let me start out by saying I am in no way attempting to steal any of Mr. Patterson's thunder. This project is undoubtly his baby and we owe him thanks for it.
As I posted yesterday, I was initially foiled in my attempt to acquire an A-2 jacket from the Flight Suits clearance page. I e-mailed their sales manager to find out if the item I was interested in was still available. By the next day, I had not received an e-mail reply, so I decided to just phone them (800 #-it's free). I was told the item I wanted had been sold-Drats!! I did ask about getting some samples leather swatches and was transfered to a lady who took my name and address, asked which ones I wanted, and said she would send them out right away.
