So even though Miller claims to have a "most" authentic hat from the movies (notice I say "most" not "the"), it sounds like it needs a litle adjustment. What about size specs, color etc,? How does it measure up?
The only reason I ask is that I'm not totally sure i want to spend almost double the price. But if I winds up being a much better hat then i'm all for it.

I have seen the recently posted pictures of the PBs' and they look great i must say.
But it weighing the cost, lets see, hmmm, mortgage payment this month or hat, hmmmm.....
let me check with the wife...
