Peter Bros. Hat Question (please help)

Well, I'm ready to take the plunge and buy a custom Indy from Peter's Brothers. I'm 6'4" and wear a 7 3/8 hat. What dimensions for crown, brim and ribbon? Also what color should I ask for. West has given me some suggestions. What do others know?
