I'll have to agree with Fedora on this. I've owned hats with non-dimensional brims and they just don't look right. We're not talking about making an oval brim here; the dimensional cut is very subtle but makes all the difference in the world. My PB is dimensional, but only has a 1/4" variance all the way around.
