Herbert J. Hat, the pants, the shirt

Got three questions:

If one was to buy a hat from Herbert J. (unless someone can recommend something better.) what are the ideal specs for a RAIDERS hat? From everything from Ribbon, crown, crest, etc.

Two.. What type of pants and shirt would work as a 'stand in' if one could not get the actual pants/shirt?

Three... Who still makes a good whip?
