Next movie's actress

So who should play the female lead in the fourth installment? I can't decide if it should be a known actress or a newcomer. Or if there should even be one. Indy is *ahem* getting up there in the age department. I'd appreciate your thoughts, all. And if you haven't already, please locate and read my "Mr. Katanga" post.
