The bag is part number RFN291 "Nov Unissued Gas Mask Bag" and costs US $31.95 plus shipping. These bags are in very good condition since they were never issued.

It is rummored that they have some used MKVII bags that are a little dirty but in servicable condition for around $8.00. You'll have to call and ask for them though.
