The man who makes them is named Dover Shaul (or Shaul Dover?). The word from those I'd call reputable says that he is not - reputable, that is - and that he likes to file lawsuits. I do know from personal experience he is evasive and his jackets are expensive. Not somebody I'd trust with my credit card number, at least.
