Well, I just started my studies, but we have subjects like introduction to archaeology, outlines of classical and prehistorical archaeology (pertaining to ancient mediterranean and Eastern cultures,and POlish prehistory,respectively), also anthropology - you get the picture. Besides that, there are lots of other classes you can attend (if you have time), including languages (Latin, Arabic, etc.). I want to specialize in the medieval period in Europe, so I'm choosing classes according to that.
