I have been looking for one for a long time. I remember them from my days in college. If have tried three or four college book stores, a number of office supply stores, and some bookstores, but nowhere can I find a reasonable copy. I did find some cloth bound notebooks, but not the right color, and not with the binding. If you do find one, let me know where.
