Also, I've already started thinking of a revision -- I have some new webbing belts which are very very stiff that I think might be a lighter alternative to leather..

Man I wish I had mad sewing skilz...

Maybe Wested would do this sort of work for a few? (Maybe fix the droopy pocket too?) Anyone sent theirs back for tune-ups of any kind?
