Depends - how long have you been waiting? For starters, MBA is closed on the weekends, or perhaps Noel is away on business. I know that just before he started offering the Indy shirts, I'd e-mailed him. About a week later he e-mailed me back to say that he had been away looking at material samples and apologized for not writing sooner. But usually he e-mails the next day or so.
I'd say just wait a reasonable amount of time (a week or so) before re-sending your e-mail.
It's unfortuneate (please don't take this the wrong way) that in the so-called "information age" we expect immediate responses to e-mails...Noel's a busy man, give him a little time.
