Pleat straps.....

Does anyone know where I can find a good picture that shows how Indy has his straps "fixed"? I mean, I am sure they are different in different scenes, but most of the time.....how does he have them adjusted? What length? This may be the most nit-picky question that has ever shown up here....but, so be it. Just a little bit of a perfectionist...
