I got them at a haberdashery in Switzerland!I kid you not. They had those rings in the same (oxidized brass?) color as the Wested's D-rings, and also an anodized black version. The rings were available in a bunch of sizes; the ones that I bought had a 1" interior diameter on the long side. They fit perfectly and worked very well. Now, if I only new a well outfitted haberdasher in the US! That's would be the place to go hunting.
