It's never very cold in SC, so a lighter weight jacket would probably be better. I once bought an insulated leather jacket and it was to hot to wear. I mainly want the distressed look, the slightly longer length of a TOD jacket, and I do NOT want the soft feel of a department store "Ralph Lauren Polo" jacket. You know, those things sell for $550!
